2. Play Area & Activities
- Socks are mandatory in the Softplay area for hygiene and safety.
- Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.
- Kiddzillaa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
- Certain rides and games may have age, height, or weight restrictions.
3. Booking & Payments
- All bookings are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Advance booking is recommended for party packages and events.
